The table is used to find journals eligible for obtaining tokens to fully cover publication fees (APCs) associated with publishing in the open-access regime. To allocate a token, it is necessary to also adhere to the rules of individual publishers, which can be found at https://www.czechelib.cz/en/442-instructions-for-authors and the university rules stated at https://openscience.cuni.cz/OSCIEN-39.html#6.
